We stop the genocide in Gaza by joining protests, rallies and demonstrations across the country.
We encourage churches and faith groups to turn out at protests, rallies, and demonstrations, adding your voices to the call for an end to the genocide of the Palestinian people. Just as the Good Samaritan reached across faith and ethnicity to help a man unlike himself, so Christians need to defend Palestinian civilians with non-violent protest. The purpose of Christians Stop Genocide is not to change the way you think but to encourage you to live your faith with visible action. The purpose is also not to lecture anyone with our political views of the conflict but simply to state that the killing is wrong. Our government needs to see that America’s Christians do not condone genocide, do not want to support it, and we will not hide our faith on the matter.
Our Organization
Standing up for our beliefs is easier and more effective when we do it together. We will post and organize for upcoming days of demonstration here on this site but we will not catch them all. Search for local events where you live as well and send them to us to be posted. You are already organized and part of a faith based group, your church. That’s great, now ask for as many participants as possible to attend an event.
Take Action
Make appropriate signs and pickets that show your concern for the Palestinians. Positive, non-partisan, non-sectarian messages are best. Schedule a bus or carpool to bring your people. Pack water and food and dress for the weather. Then stand together in the spirit of love. You may not agree with everything and you do not need to join in every chant but your presence is needed to show the world that Christ has love for our Palestinian neighbors. .
